Description
This work is a continuation of O PHILOI, OUDEIS PHILOS. As a wanderer who misses home, I made four traditional noodle dishes from my hometown that is famous for its rich variety of noodles. Under each bowl of noodles, there is a speaker that constantly plays the sound of eating noodles, the dialectal peddling of vendors, the introduction of the production process of noodles in the native language, and the sound of cooking. Out of curiosity about the source of the sound, the audience is encouraged to explore and listen in depth.
